I have changed my device and my subscription will not renew

I have changed my device and now my subscriptions are Failing even though it’s saying they are still running. Any ideas please? Craig

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 11.2.6

Ok so I’ve contacted Apple support who transferred me to iTunes who cancelled and refunded my subscription. I then went back into Boom Beach (which is the game I play and of which I use the subscription for) and re-subscribe and hey presto it all worked perfectly again. Hope this helps you in your pursuits and any other person who has same issues. All the best.
