how long does it take to get my refund for online order

hi , I live in libya and i wanted to buy an iphone 8 and since its 200$ more expensive i thought id buy it online from the us and ship it through a freight forwarder , i came to know later on that its against the companys policy , my order was canceled but i got a message from my bank saying i was charged ... my question is when will apple refund me and how long does the prosses take ? i can not contact them because i live far away

Refund Hello, please , I bought an iPhone 13 Pro Max from you yesterday, I was surprised that the order was canceled by you, but I had paid the value of the iPhone, and it was deducted from my account. Then I was notified that the order was cancelled. Because the address is a freight forwarder, freight forwarders are not dealt with. Therefore: How do I get the money back refund to (deit and credit) ? Why not put in my Apple account? And how will the Refund happen again?

Refund for a cancelled order on the official website Hello. February 26 I ordered two phones from Apple's official website in Russia. I paid in full for both of iPhones by card (VISA). On the first of March, one of the two iPhones was sent to me, but the second one was cancelled (automatically, as far as I know, because Apple refused to sell in Russia). I have receipts for the payment of these two iPhones, but the official website says that I did not pay for the second phone. Well, Is there any chance that I will get a refund for the phone that Apple canceled the order on? That's more than 1000 dollars =( It is strange that such a company did not fulfill the obligations assumed before the cessation of sales in Russia. Moreover, I paid for the order. And it's even weirder that I haven't got a refund yet.
