Apple Support Error (Battery Replacement)

Hi, I have been using an iPhone6 Plus and wanted to replace my battery. I have tried all options to reserve by battery replacement - Chat, Phone, Bring in, but the Apple Support page has replied: "Try again later." I am wondering if it is due to the high volume of replacement demand. Should I go directly to an Apple store without having a reservation? Thank you.

Thank you, the problem was solved. You can just do it by Apple Support App.
