That’s the part I can’t figure out. The Primary account holder’s account works fine. The secondary accounts also have the correct card info (last four of card #) in their home share info in settings.
Our home share account began to decline any CC# we entered into the account. We checked with each bank, and they did not see any reason why this would be happening. It finally allowed one card, but now the other phones shared by the homeshare have not updated with the new card. This seems to happen once every few months. Can you help?

If you mean that the members have cards on their own accounts then that's not necessary, only the card on the family organiser's account in a Family Share ('home share' does not exist) can be used. Have they tried removing it ?
What is 'homeshare' ? Do you mean Family Share ? If you do have the other people in it tried logging out and back into their accounts ?
Sorry... yes, I meant family share. We did try that. Still didn’t work.
What happens when the organiser logs into their account, are there now any error messages on the payment details screen ?
