I just received my iPhone X yesterday and noticed stuttering while switching apps and scrolling thro apps and some times Frame drops on animations I tried hard r setting and resetting to factory settings but that didn’t help then I found this thread
And saw that some people complain about the same things,
Did apple acknowledge the issue or should I return my phone?

I have two iPhone X, neither has a "stutter." If you think there is something wrong with your phone, schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar and show them the phone.
You don’t have some kind of stuttering while scrolling in WhatsApp or YouTube? And also we don’t have apple stores in my countries so I either return it or I keep it =(

My family and I all have iPhone X and have no such issues.
It sounds like your particular phone has an issue. The iPhone has a one year warranty.
