Purchased Apps. Not Found

I have only ever had one Apple ID, and I have purchased countless apps. on my iPhone which I have set up to regularly SYNC with my MAC, which is also listed as an "authorized device". The problem is NONE of my iPhone apps. appear on my MAC... In other words, when I open the App Store on my MAC, NONE of the apps. i have purchased on my iPhone show up under "PURCHASED" on my MAC, even though I only have one APPLE ID/the same Apple ID for both my iPhone and my MAC. They are NOT hidden, they simply aren't there - NONE OF THEM, so there is NO WAY for me to "reinstall", as directed through Apple Help. I have wasted the better part of 3 DAYS, trying to resolve the issue, and I'm getting to the point where I HATE ALL THINGS APPLE!!! I'm ready to switch to GOOGLE and get a Samsung Smart Phone, because this is RIDICULOUS!!
