iPhone 5S: Screen Orientation Stopped Working.

I have an iPhone 5S Version: 11.2.6 (15D100)

For no apparent reason, the screen orientation stopped working yesterday (09.03.18).

It doesn't operate for my keyboard when texting or when looking at my photos when I turn my iPhone 90 degrees clockwise or anti-clockwise i.e. the screen image / keyboard doesn't change from 'portrait' to 'landscape'.

I have followed advice and pressed the Home Button and the Top Button together holding down for 10 seconds for a Forced Restart. I have done this procedure twice, but it hasn't rectified the problem.

Can anyone help, please?
