connecting to Itunes library

When I connect my IPhone to my laptop it automatically connects to download my pictures. I cant get it to connect to my ITunes library. Please help...Thank You

Trouble importing pictures from my iphone 10 to my hp pc I could not import pictures from my iPhone 10 to my hp pc. I can even see the iPhone icon y This pc to try to import. I can hear a sound in my pc when I connect my iPhone, and use my iPhone like a hot spot y the pc but a can't see or import pictures. iTunes says that it is an error.
