Where is the profile and device management setting on the 7 plus

I have a 7 plus and I have a work app i need to download however the app requires that I approve the developer in the device management setting yet in all my searching online I can not find where it would be

The option for profiles in settings, general is only available if you already have a profile installed. Talk to your IT department for more assistance.
