Notes-new phone

So my mom just bought a new iPhone 8. I helped her to start it. We registered it as a new iPhone. My mom has an ID account so we registered in that acc. We downloaded some apps and she got used to the phone. Some days later she realised that she needs her old notes. She asked me to get them back from the iTunes (PC) I started searching and I’ve visited some new forums but I couldnt find the answer. The notes (about60-100) isn’t on her old phone because I use it with my apple ID. If you know some way to get those notes back please let me know. Thanks!

Do you have a backup of the old phone made when your mom's ID was on it? Was she syncing Notes with iCloud? If syncing with iCloud, Settings/Your Name/iCloud, sign in, and turn Notes syncing on. If not syncing with iCloud

You are welcome. If you do the restore option, it will erase all current data on the phone. What is synced with iCloud will sync back after the restore.

Another question..

The notes are back and we are so thankful but when we open the mail app my mom is registered in her adress but she cant receive mails. Do you have any ideas? 😅
