I have Apple Gift Card and i want to use that Amount in my iTunes Store, so how i can fully transfer the amount to my iTunes account?

Sorry, but as roaminggnome indicated, they are two different stores. Just like you can't use your Amazon credit to purchase items at Zappos. Both owned by Amazon, two different stores.

You may be able to use the Apple Store gift card to buy an iTunes Gift Card.
Sorry, you can't. Apple Store gift cards, and iTunes/App Store/Apple Music gift cards are entirely different things.
