Copy music in Library to Ipod

I have apple music on my phone and pay a monthly subscription to download music. Everything I have downloaded is automatically added to my ITunes library on my computer. I am trying to copy my library on my computer to my Ipod but the only music that will copy to the Ipod it the music I purchased in the ITunes Store. All of the music that I have downloaded and pay a monthly subscription for will not copy to the Ipod.

Transferring downloaded Apple Music from iTunes library onto iPod Nano 7th Gen library or playlist I have an Individual subscription to Apple Music.
