Macbook Pro 15 inch 2015 Screen Flickering Issue

I bought a Macbook Pro 2015 15inch mid. When i use photoshop or some websites, screen is flickering. When the cursor icon is change on Photoshop or some websites, screen is flickering or slide to right. For example I select brush tool and I moved cursor to tools bar, cursor icon is change to classic macbook pointer icon and screen is flickering.I went to Apple Authorised Techical Service. They gave me a new Macbook Pro 2015 15inch mid. But new macbook pro have same problem.

I think this is Intel Iris Pro Graphic Driver Problem

I searched on web, many people have same issue.

Some people found a temporary solution. They change cursor size to large in accessibility settings and problem is gone.
