I don’t receive incoming calls while im on the phone
When i’m in a call and someone else calls me I don’t get the option to end the current call or put them on hold. I simply don’t get the call at all. What’s the fix to this issue?

You may not have Call Waiting turned on. With some cellular plans that is an option that you can turn on or off is Settings > Phone. With some carriers that is an option (if offered) where you may need to contact their customer support.
