how to get my photos back after they've been optimized?
i noticed a whole bunch of my photos were missing, then realized my optimize storage was on. i need all of those photos back on my phone, how am i getting them back?

Optimize should not remove any photo content from your phone, only video. What is left behind is a thumbnail if you will, of your photos.
Selecting it while online should download the original for editing, sharing or viewing in more detail.
