Swipe calculator 11.88

Hello:

This annoying situation has being happening since I updated the latest version of macOS High Sierra.

When I swipe left to see the Notification bar on the right of screen and use CALCULATOR, it keep showing me 11.88, no matter what number I had before.

I have a MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Early 2013) - macOS Sierra High version 10.13.3

Please help me solve it.

Launchpad Op Sys: macOS Ventura. Version 13.0 When I bring up "Launchpad" it displays numbers 1 through to the end of the icons. The numbers do not match up with the icons. It is just 1 through to the end of the icons display. Is this something that new? If so what does it mean? Any help and or suggestions are appreciated.
