Beat Mapping won't turn on

Since the last update Beat Mapping won't turn on. I click on the box in the configure global tracks and nothing changes. I made sure the advanced features were set on as well. Anyone else having this issue. I use it on every single track I learn or remaster so it is very important.

Fresh project didn't help. I went into the preferences and under advanced tools I turned everything on. Now it works again and is available. I never changed the preferences so it happened during the last update. Oh well all fixed.
