Missing emails on MacBook, displayed on iPhone without content

Hello all,

I have a number of emails missing from my MacBook, although the same emails are still on my iPhone, but without any content. I've tried rebuilding the mailbox, but this does nothing.

The missing emails contain our holiday documents for next week!!

Hope someone can help or point men in the right direction.

Thanks.

Hi Eric,

It's an iCloud account and the emails are missing from there also. The emails were in a specific folder and would not have been deleted by accident. They are still sat on my iPhone, but without content.

To be honest, I don't think this is an isolated incident. There have been a number of occasions lately where I've suspected missing emails, only to blame my own sausage fingers for accidental deletion.

Thanks for you help, much appreciated.
