I’m going to buy a 128gb macbook pro to do some recording on logic pro. I know that 128gb is not enough. But if I buy an external hardrive would that help to have the work done with the 128gb macbook

Yes totally, no problem

I have friends with laptops with 128gb, they use external drives for their files.

If possible you should go for a laptop with Flash storage.


The external drive needs to be 7200 rpm, heres an example of a great one,
