I can’t hear from clearly from my iphone

I am using iphone6. I am facing issues while talking on phone. I cannot hear the voice properly even using headphones as well. I need to use speaker when I talk. Also, the voice is not clear to the person at the recieving end

Although, if you're having problems with the microphone and receiver, it's probably time to consider a new phone...
