Changing language issues

im trying to watch a movie in Spanish and it plays it on my iPad but when I connect to the airplay it only plays in English on my tv . How do I fix this ?

Why I can’t change language? apple tv app on my iPhone never works properly. Especially changing the language... The logic on the app always change the Language to another one!!!! And I can’t adjust the language since it’s only works sometimes. It’s very annoying!
