How can I batch download my Apple Music content when I update to a new iPhone?

I have updated to the iPhone 8 and want to batch download my music that should be downloade in my Apple Music? Is this possible and how?

Make a playlist using a PC/Mac with your desired tracks and download that playlist on your phone.
