About my payment for some app

Hello! I want to know what happened with my last payment! Because I didn’t have this app - Daily Quiz and didn’t install it on my phone, I even see it first time! But today iTunes take my money - 29.99$. It’s very big mineu for me and it’s impossible for me to buy such app! I disagree with this list of money and want my money back! Hope you understand me and this situation correctly!
