I restarted my phone and it still says no service

This has happened before with another iphone 7 I had it keep saying I had no service and then one day my phone shut down and I couldn’t do anything about it so I had to get a replacment which is this phone and it is happening to this one

iPhone 7, iOS 11.2.6

Double check with all the steps in this article:

If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support


If you continue to see No Service, your iPhone may be eligible for a repair program.
