How do I fix Touch ID

So when you say "Touch ID", are you talking about:

• The Mac's Touch Bar? I don't believe this works with iTunes at all. How to use the Touch Bar on your MacBook Pro - Apple Support
• An iOS device's Touch ID? That's hard to understand, as you would probably have asked in the iOS device's area. But the article you attached above does provide good assistance.
