Backup lost photos

I had an iphone which i was going to sell, i did a. Backup, photos were in icloud, did a restore on a new iphone, took about 35 minutes, thought it was okay so i deleted everything from the old iphone and sold it and later realized the photos had all disappeared. Can someone help me please???

No thats the point they didnt i lost all the photos :(( is there some way to retrieve them?? I have 2 backups on my iphone one of them is from old phone but i dont want to try to restore again because i will end up loosing these photos now
