iPhone X red eye

It's not a hardware problem. It has to do with ambient lighting and the flash elements close proximity to the camera.

Actualy, it is a hardware problem. I have an X and it always happens, even tested on a same ambient with an 8 plus and it didnt happen. If you google iit there is a bunch of unsatisfied consumers reporting it. Im still waiting for an Apple response

Lots of unsatisfied customers doesn't prove anything. Red eye is caused by lighting and how it reflects relative to the camera. There's nothing about the physical workings of a camera that cause that.
