How do you cancel Icloud on an appleid that you no longer have the phoner for

I used to have 2 different apple Ids because I had 2 different phones. When I got rid of my 2nd phone i forgot to cancel the icloud storage plan, and everything that i search for asks me to go to my icloud storage. Well what if I dont have that apple id anymore, how would I cancel icloud storage?
