Hi, I’m very disappointed that according to Electroneum, a new crypto currency aimed at giving the poor / unbanked access to financial services through their mobile phones, Apple are holding up their app release on iOS devices. The app is available on Android and has been for quite a while so I feel like i’m missing out by owning an iPhone. Is there a way of getting updates regarding app listings? Thank you
That's between the app's developer and Apple, this is a user to user forum and no one here can do anything about that app.
The developer may have included things in the app that does not follow Apple's instructions regarding app development. Until the app is correct, it usually won't be approved.

I am also not very happy with Apple as us IOS users are loosing out , do i sell my apple gear and buy Android? or will this APP get approved ? Please inform your customers please , i know of a few thousand people in the telegram groups that are begging for this APP - Come on Apple please release or lose customers :-(
