iPhone is disabled

My phone screen was broken after a hard fall, it went crazy and kept pressing all the buttons for the passcode. Now my phone is disabled and there are some work related data that I can't afford to lose.

It is not connected to the internet! is there anyway to fix it since I know the passcode
