ERROR 4013

Trying to restore my unlocked iPhone 5S tethering to itunes app from the iphone itunes connect screen. Plug into usb phone is recognized and asked to restore or update. Tried both but it fails with an error 4013 when the update or restore software trys to restore or update the iphone.

You've tried using a different cable and computer ? If you get the same error contact Support, from the page that you posted from :
