Ghost calls

Is anything new available on the ghost call issue. It has made me turn off my hands free convenience in my 2014 Ford Escape.

Has anyone been able to get the ghosting issue fixed while the Apple stores are closed? I've had a ghosting issue for about 3 weeks and it's getting worse. Makes calls instead of texting. Flashes through apps I rarely use. Sometimes I shut it off and on again and it helps a bit, other times that makes no difference. Anyone know how to fix this?
