Hello Rush3112,

I understand that your iPhone doesn't connect to your Wi-Fi connection at a distance of five meters, it needs to be closer to your router to establish a connection.

First, is this happening with other devices, or just your iPhone? There are good steps that you can try in this support article: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network .

I also recommend looking at this article to identify sources of Wi-Fi interference: Potential sources of Wi-Fi and Bluetooth interference .

Let me know what happens.

Regards.

Greetings Rush3112,

Thanks for getting back with us. I have something else for you to try.

I would like you to reinstall iOS on your iPhone to see if this helps.

First, use this article to make sure that you have a backup of your iPhone: How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. Then, use this article to reinstall iOS: If you can‘t update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. Note: This article is intended to be for a different issue but following steps 1-5 will help you reinstall iOS without erasing data.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Cheers.
