No caller ID tab showing

I am unable to block or unblock my caller ID. I am using an IPhone 6s plus with ios11.2.1. I went to the phone section & settings, tapped on that and the option isn't showing. I was able to block calls within the last month, now I can't access the option, as it is missing. My carrier is Verizon. I am unable to attach a screen shot. There are 4 lines that read
