What can I do to make my videos upload to Photos on my mac again?

All the videos on my phone right now are not uploading to Photos on my Macbook, but they did in the past. My pictures are all uploading fine. What should I do?

iPhone 7, iOS 10.3.3

I am unable to get new photos from my phone to my computer or my iPad. I am unable to download photos to apps I have to export every picture to post anywhere.

Uploading photos from photo library I can see all my photos in my photo library on my Mac. However when I go to upload photos it only shows a random collection of photos, not all the photos in my library. ''Use as system library'' is greyed out on my preferences, and I do not have this issue when uploading photos from my phone. Thanks for reading. Hariom
