You need to go to: Apple - My Apple ID on a computer, and change your Apple ID and password IMMEDIATELY.

When you went to that link and typed in your iCloud ID and password, you essentially sent it to the thieves who have your phone.

Apple will always address you by your name or the name they have on file for you and the e-mail will be from @apple.com or @iTunes.com. E-mail addresses can be spoofed. You can go to Mail/View/Message/Show all Headers to see more. It appears to be a scam.
