Can't download my movies to itunes, again.

Alright, I recently cleaned up my storage on my computer and decided to clear out my downloaded movies on iTunes so i could re download everything and start from scratch. Got everything set up and came back across a problem I had a few years ago. When I go to my library on itunes (Updated again to be sure) It shows my owned movies. I try to download them, The blue bar at the top replaces the apple icon with the words "Accessing Itunes store" Flashing up for a moment before dissappearing. And.......nothing. No download. No error. Just nothing. Again. I have tried everything I can think of to download my items that I already own and have owned for year now in some cases and nothing. What the **** is going on here?

Hi there, alexandershadow!
Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you are having an issue with downloading movies from iTunes you have purchased and I am happy to help out! Check out this article with the steps to follow If you can't connect to the iTunes Store, iBooks Store, or App Store. It’s possible you are having an issue with the connection to iTunes, so this is a good place to start. It also has steps to take if the issue continues and you are still not able to download your movies.
Cheers!
