iCloud account sharing

So I currently have two iPhones both or which turned on I would like to keep the accounts to share purchases photos and music however I in receiving messages on one phone versus the other how do I split them to wear them come to my phone and my contacts show up in the other phone when I have stored in the different numbers for each phone they come up on this how can I correct this problem with out having to make a new account I do wanna continue to have my music on both and pics etc but need to Make it to where each phone show the different numbers on the phone and as well as when I call it shows the other caller id and if I do have to make another account would that take off my music and stop sharing photos and other information
