Hello vfromkhammam,
I have a few suggestions to why this is happening. If none of these fix your issue on your iPhone 6, you may have to take it to your local Apple Store for repair.
Can you Power Cycle your iPhone? pressing and holding the power and home keys? or restarting?
if not, I would recommend bringing your iPhone to your local Apple Store for repair.
