my purchase was declined from iPhone App Store because i don’t need that purchase of drop box. so now i can’t purchase other apps from i tunes. kindly help to purchase or update other apps from itunes?

If you mean that you owe money for that purchase (are you getting a 'problem with a previous purchase' message when trying to download things ?) you will have to pay what owe before you will be able to download anything else : If your payment method is declined, or you have a billing issue with a previous purchase in the iTunes Store - Apple Support
