So I bought a song today, only one song today 3/10/18 and once I checked my bank account it said $13.28 are pending. The song that I bought said "$1.99" i want to know, if I owe some money for something else or if this a mistake and I'll get my money back.

See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - http://support.apple.com/HT204088 - Does not include purchases made by others under Family Sharing; those have to be checked from their accounts.
