Prohibit Sign lead to Blank Screen HELP

My 2015 12 inch MacBook was running severely slow. It was basically unusable. Upon attempting to boot into recovery mode I got the Prohibit sign and it boot looped back to login. The boot loop happened about 3 times until now It won't boot at all. I have high sierra on a flash drive to install however, now it won't even let me select a boot device. I press the power and just get a blank screen. I can tell when its on and off because of the light on my USB-c adapter.

Any help is appreciated!

I had a similar problem around 18 months ago, and it was a circuit board causing the issue. I’d suggest it is time to get it to an Apple Store or Authoried Repair Centre.
