MacBook Pro 13” 2016 Screen Issue

Bought a MacBook a while back. Recently I started noticing that screen has weird streaks running across it. I am not sure if this is a software issue or if this is a physical issue with the screen. Any idea as to what this could be? It does go away after a while of using the laptop. It is really bad upon starting the computer. I was trying to upload pictures but it’s telling me the image is too big, might be because of the iPhone X.
