How to log in to my Apple ID

You created a new Apple ID. So you are a brand new person as far as the Apple Store is concerned.

Presumably this is your very first iPhone, and you are trying to download brand new apps (to you) for the very first time. So you set up a new Apple ID with a new payment method, address, etc. If all this is true, then Apple may just need a short time to verify your credentials.

If it is not true, and the apps you are trying to download belonged to someone else, then they are not yours and cannot be downloaded to your Apple ID.

Your first post said "I ... created a new Apple ID." But you are not a first-time Apple user, so you used some other Apple ID previously. It sounds like these two Apple IDs are now conflicting on your iPhone.

You should use one Apple ID or the other. Not both.

Have you gone to settings and signed into iCloud? Was this iPhone bought used?
