downlo and keep originals is not working its not downloading the photos and videos its suppose to be please help

Do you have enough free storage on the iPhone to hold all originals?
Try to view the photos enlarged. Then the iPhone will download them and keep them stored locally, now that you turned "download and keep originals" on. Play a slideshow of all photos or similar. The iPhone will not respect this setting, however, if the photos in iCloud are taking up more storage than is currently locally free on your iPhone.
i selected download and keep originals but its not downloading none i need wifi just to view my album videos and pics please help
