I want to delete my app download history in iPhone . I know there is an option of hiding the app but I want to permanently delete it like in android phone.

If there is no option such as that ...should I delete my Apple ID & create a new Apple ID which may help me in permanently removing the icons of the app in my iTunes history. & if I do it...I won’t loose any data in my iPhone na??

I understand you want to remove some of the previous apps you've downloaded from your purchase history. I'm happy to provide some help for this.

While it's not recommended to create a new Apple ID for this purpose, you can hide your purchases to accomplish a similar effect. Check out the article below for more information:
