Question: Is there latex in Apple Watch straps?

I'm asking this question as I have been unable to find a definitive answer from my local Apple store. I am highly allergic to latex and want to know if Apple use latex in their watch straps. The staff at my local Apple store were uncertain, but 'thought it would be okay' (clearly don't know what a latex allergy is or how it works), so I need to know one way or the other. I am unable to afford either the metal or leather straps, so the sports bands are what I am looking at. Does anyone know?

Many thanks,

Question marked as Solved

I've used the sport bands without a problem --- I have a latex allergy --- so I think it is safe to assume there is no latex.

The best answer I can offer is to browse to Wearing your Apple Watch - Apple Support

There is no mention of latex (a well known allergen) so highly unlikely to be used in manufacture. It would almost certainly be incompatible with the synthetic polymers used in many of the bands.
