Itunes not letting me sync my iphone 5
I have an iPhone 5 and when I plug it into the laptop it tells me that its a new iPhone
can I please have some help

Is this a new computer as far as this devices is concerned, or has iTunes just got confused? Use the set up as new device option. Nothing on the device gets changed when you do this. If you're attempting to manage the device with a new computer that doesn't have your media on it see Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device.
