Internet page claiming that my computer is infected

When I was browsing Internet, a new tab opened up with the link bellow.

Can someone tell me what this is? This pages is clearly trying to convince me that it is hosted by Apple. Shouldn't Apple do something about it?

Sorry if I am posting it to the wrong group but don't really know what to do with it.
