ive had to set up a new apple id as my ex partner keeps going into all my stuff and changing it but now wont let me use my apple music as saying signed in for 46 days on a different account , but ive deleted everything ???

Someone please help me

Apple music I have been paying for Apple Music for years and all of a sudden it knocked me off and is only showing minimal music that was downloaded years ago when I first got it. I signed out and back in but it helped nothing. The only thing I can think is I somehow had a different Apple ID years ago and maybe it defaulted somehow to that? I went to settings and put in all my current info but it brought nothing up. I even tried to log into my old Apple ID but it kept saying it was wrong. I do not know what to do.
